Social Media Content Creator Reports to: Marketing, Co - Owner Headquarters: Savannah, GA Job Location: Remote What we do at Dental Claim Support: DCS is a dental revenue cycle management company that works with dentists, dental offices and DSOs in the United States. DCS empowers dental teams by integrating highly trained RCM experts and a unique technology framework to maximize profitability and catalyze growth. Our dental billing systems and processes allow our employees to work all aspects of the full revenue cycle system efficiently, to increase profits for dental practices and groups.

Position Summary As a Social Media Content Creator, you\'ll help DCS grow by creating short-form videos, graphics, and written posts that engage audiences, drive Marketing Qualified Leads (MQLs) and Sales Qualified Leads (SQLs), and share our mission while connecting with potential client partners. You\'ll research what matters most to clients, shape content around their needs, and stay active on social platforms by answering questions and starting conversations. Your work will tell our story in a way that builds interest and trust, while making sure our content aligns with the bigger goals of the team.

By collaborating with Operations, Marketing, and IT teams, you will ensure that clients receive a cohesive, high-quality experience that reinforces DCS\'s leadership in the RCM industry. How the Social Media Content Creator adds value This role turns creativity into real business results. The content you create helps attract the right prospects, turning awareness into interest and eventually into new client relationships.

By engaging directly on social media and tailoring messages to client needs, you\'ll build trust and show decision-makers why DCS is the right partner. Your work keeps DCS visible, approachable, and positioned for growth. In this role, you will: Develop, create, and schedule social media content (graphics, short-form video, posts, and stories) across LinkedIn, Instagram, TikTok, in Facebook groups and other relevant platforms.

Track engagement metrics and suggest improvements based on insights. Be detail-oriented, organized and able to manage multiple priorities that may be constantly changing. Researches and identifies insights, trends, and opportunities to elevate social content.

Contribute to the creative ideation, content capture, and editing of brand activations to keep the DCS brand at the forefront of the dental industry and maintain relevance. Translate DCS\'s services, success stories, and culture into compelling narratives and visuals. Stay current on social media trends, best practices, and competitor activity in the dental and RCM space.

Success Criteria Increased engagement, follower growth, and brand recognition. Strong collaboration with internal teams to ensure messaging reflects company priorities. Ability to take initiative in pitching and executing new creative ideas.

Create and maintain a robust content calendar and present content strategy. Requirements Minimum 2 years of experience creating engaging video and social media content (academic, freelance, or professional). Comfortable on camera.

Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and handle repetitive tasks with consistency. Strong collaboration skills and ability to work effectively with Operations and Marketing teams.

Comfortable using technology, including video conferencing tools like Zoom. Organized, proactive, and reliable in a remote team environment. Ideal candidates will have an understanding of DCS\' operational procedures, ensuring that client needs are effectively met and aligned with service capabilities.
