Virtual Managers use video conferencing, project management software, and other online tools to coordinate work and maintain efficiency. Their role is essential in remote or hybrid work environments where in-person supervision is not feasible.

To thrive as a Virtual Manager, you need strong leadership, remote team management experience, organizational skills, and a relevant degree in management or a related field.
