The Dishwasher at Spy Ninjas HQ is responsible for maintaining cleanliness and sanitation standards for china, glassware, tableware, cooking utensils, etc. using machine and manual cleaning methods. The dishwasher will ensure the dishwashing area of Spy Ninjas HQ is maintained as a clean, safe, and sanitary environment at all times.


Primary Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Follow proper sanitation procedures at all times.
  • Load, run, and unload the dish machine.
  • Keep the dish machine clean and report any functional or mechanical problems immediately to management.
  • Monitor dish machine water temperature to ensure sanitary wash cycle.
  • Wash and store all tableware and kitchenware.
  • Bag and haul dish room trash to the dumpster at designated times.
  • Maintain adequate levels of dish detergents and cleaning supplies.
  • Clean food preparation and production areas as directed.
  • General cleaning duties.
  • Sweep and mop floors as needed.
  • Wipe up any spills to ensure kitchen floors remain clean and dry.
  • Assist with breakdown and cleaning of kitchen at end of scheduled shift.
  • Perform all reasonable requests by the management team.
  • Attend and participate in all scheduled meetings and training sessions.
  • Other duties as required.


Qualifications for Success:

  • Have a high school diploma or GED
  • 18 years of age or older
  • 1+ years of prior experience in a kitchen
  • Able to work a flexible schedule in order to accommodate business levels
  • Ability to operate independently with minimal direct supervision
  • Demonstrate excellent time management skills
  • Availability to work days, nights, and/or weekends
  • Complete and pass a background check
