Infrastructure & Systems Operations Specialist Overview

Basketball Legends is more than just a basketball game, it’s a global platform where millions of players compete in real time. To keep this ecosystem fast, stable, and secure, we are expanding our technical operations team.

Responsibilities
  • Oversee daily operations of on-premise and cloud-based servers running Basketball Legends services.
  • Design and maintain scalable cloud architectures to handle peak player traffic.
  • Track system health, detect bottlenecks, and improve uptime across all live services.
  • Build and manage automated workflows for backups, updates, and system recovery.
  • Support development teams by maintaining test servers and deployment environments.
  • Investigate and resolve performance issues related to networking, storage, and system resources.
  • Strengthen security policies to protect user data and internal infrastructure.
  • Prepare technical reports and maintain clear operational documentation.
Qualifications
  • A degree in IT, Computer Engineering, or a similar technical discipline.
