• Conduct comprehensive assessments and evaluations to understand clients' mental health statuses and identify therapeutic needs.
• Design and implement individualized therapy strategies utilizing evidence-based practices such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), psychodynamic approaches, and solution-focused brief therapy.
• Provide therapy sessions to individuals, groups, families, and couples, adjusting approaches based on varied client needs and contexts.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, including psychiatrists, social workers, and other healthcare professionals, to create holistic, coordinated care plans for clients.
