• Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations to develop individualized therapy strategies tailored to clients' unique needs.
• Provide evidence-based therapeutic modalities including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), psychodynamic therapy, and solution-focused short-term therapy.
• Facilitate group, family, and individual therapy sessions to foster communication, coping strategies, and personal growth among diverse client populations.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive client care, discussing treatment plans and strategies for optimal client outcomes.
• Maintain precise and up-to-date clinical records in compliance with legal and ethical standards to ensure accountability and quality of care.

As an LPC with Minds Restoration, you will work with a broad range of clients and patient populations, including individuals and families facing various mental health challenges. Your expertise will be vital for those struggling with anxiety, depression, trauma, substance use, and relationship issues. This role allows you to provide support and therapy to clients from diverse backgrounds, helping to enhance their emotional well-being and resilience.

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a related field is required.
• Possession of an active and unrestricted Professional Counselor (LPC) license in the state of Colorado.
• Minimum of two years of counseling experience, with a preference for prior work in clinical environments.
• Demonstrated ability to maintain a strong understanding of legal and ethical standards in mental health practice.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the capability to establish rapport with a diverse range of clientele.
• Proficiency in using electronic medical record (EMR) software and related technologies.

• Specialization in family therapy, couples therapy, substance misuse treatment, or trauma-informed care is highly desirable.
• Experience collaborating within a healthcare team is advantageous for effective client management.
