A Virtual Live Chat job involves providing customer service, support, or sales assistance to clients and customers via online chat platforms. Employees in this role typically respond to questions, resolve issues, and offer information in real-time, all through a chat interface rather than phone or in-person interactions. Virtual Live Chat roles are popular among companies that want to offer quick, efficient support to their users.

What are the key skills and qualifications needed to thrive as a virtual live chat agent?
