Responsibilities
  • Client Relationship Building: Establish and maintain strong client relationships, focusing on long-term customer satisfaction.
  • Consultative Sales: Identify client needs and recommend suitable insurance policies, including home, auto, life, and commercial coverage.
  • Policy Customization: Develop tailored insurance solutions for clients, offering guidance on policy options and coverage.
  • Claims Support: Assist clients with claims, acting as their advocate and ensuring a smooth process.
  • Market Awareness: Stay informed on industry changes, carrier updates, and market trends to provide relevant advice to clients.
  • Documentation and Compliance: Manage and maintain accurate records of all client interactions, applications, and policy details in accordance with regulatory guidelines.
  • Cross-Selling and Upselling: Identify opportunities for additional coverage or updated policies that better fit the clients needs.
  • Team Collaboration: Actively participate in virtual team meetings, training sessions, and WeadCos growth-focused initiatives.

Requirements
  • Experience: 2+ years of insurance sales or customer service experience.
  • Licenses: Must hold a Texas Property and Casualty Insurance License or be willing to obtain one within 60 days of hire.
  • Skills: Strong communication, active listening, and relationship-building skills. Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently, while maintaining accuracy and documentation requirements.
  • Tech-Savvy: Proficient in Google Workspace, CRM software, and agency management systems. Eagerness to learn and self-train on softwares unfamiliar with.
