ROLE DESCRIPTION:Michael Hillman State Farm Agency is looking for a Top-Notch Competitive Producer who can recognize opportunities and strategically turn leads into long-lasting customer relationships. As our insurance account representative, your knowledge of insurance products and industry trends equips you to engage directly and communicate effectively with customers, listen and identify their needs, and market products or services that maximize value. You may also assist in developing strategies and establishing quotas for our agency.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Manage customer insurance accounts and update information.
  • Assist customers with policy changes and renewals.

QUALIFICATIONS:
  • Must have Extraordinary Organizational skills, deadline motivation, and an attentive listener for detail.
  • Customer service and communication skills.
  • Previous experience in insurance or a related field preferred.

Compensation: $60,000.00 - $150,000.00 per year
