Job description

CLASSIFICATION: Part-time, non-exempt

SCHEDULE: Monday-Friday (4:00 p.m. - 8:00 p.m.)

COMPENSATION:  $15.00 per hour and up to $200 in monthly bonuses

POSITION SUMMARY: As a Centralized Leasing Agent at Redstone Residential, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional customer service and support to property managers, tenants, and prospective tenants. You will often serve as the first point of contact for inquiries, requests, and concerns, delivering timely and efficient solutions while maintaining a high level of professionalism and customer satisfaction.

KEY DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Assist residents, & prospects with daily needs in a professional manner (rent payments, ledger questions, etc.)
  • Consistently and genuinely demonstrate exemplary principles of customer service and teamwork
  • Work with your team to reach daily and weekly leasing goals
  • Provide virtual tours for potential residents
  • Follow up with potential leads
  • Help with resident concerns and questions
  • Maintain a working knowledge of all aspects of the community to quickly respond to inquiries
  • Work collaboratively with other staff members in a highly entrepreneurial environment.

EXPERIENCE & QUALIFICATIONS:

  • 1+ years of customer service and sales experience
  • Strong communication skills
  • Experience with Entrata Software is a plus but not required
  • Ability to remain calm and collected in high-stress situations
  • Enjoy and take pride in providing excellent service
  • Warm, friendly demeanor
  • Basic computer skills: typing and writing ability for correspondence, memos, etc.
  • High School Diploma or equivalent
