Job description

SDR - Leasing & Marketing Specialist

As our Leasing & Marketing Specialist, you'll work inbound B2B leads, set showings, and help close deals while managing social media campaigns, running ad budgets, and creating content. Property management is a core part of this role — giving you real, hands-on experience across all aspects of commercial real estate. You’ll use your bilingual communication skills to guide business owners through the leasing process and be a key part of how WorkBay grows. No cold calling — just real sales experience, real marketing ownership, and a hands-on career in commercial real estate and property management.

About WorkBay:

We are a commercial real estate company that paves the way for new, small, or growing businesses to succeed. Our mission is to make the leasing process seamless and accessible for any business owner in need of the right workspace.

What will you be doing?

  • Create targeted social media ad listings to drive leads and increase engagement
  • Quickly identify, qualify, and follow up on inbound leads — people who have already expressed interest via social media, telephone, text, email, and more
  • Set showings, conduct property tours, and help close leases
  • Support new tenant move-ins and ensure a smooth onboarding experience
  • Assist with rent collection and follow up on outstanding balances
  • Conduct regular property inspections and report on unit and common area conditions
  • Deliver a best-in-class customer experience for prospects and current tenants
  • Document all interactions and findings with leads in our CRM
  • Maintain an up-to-date knowledge of our product and its value proposition to customers
  • Partner with Marketing, Sales, and Operations to iterate on strategy, optimize deal flow, and improve lead quality

Qualifications

  • Prefer previous experience in a sales/marketing-related role (real estate experience is a plus)
  • Exposure in Canva to design social media graphics, ads, and marketing materials that align with our brand
  • A bachelor’s degree preferred, or currently pursuing one in Sales, Marketing, Business, or a related field
  • Capable of assisting in campaign planning, competitor research, and promotional strategy
  • Excellent phone etiquette and demonstrated customer service skills
  • Strong attention to detail; self-directed; ability to multitask
  • Experience with HubSpot or comparable CRM tools preferred but not required

Compensation

  • $40,000 base salary — OTE $50,000+
