These nurses conduct virtual consultations, perform patient assessments, provide health education, and help coordinate care from a distance. They play a critical role in expanding access to healthcare by assisting patients who may not be able to visit a clinic in person. Virtual RNs use secure communication platforms to interact with patients, ensuring privacy and high-quality care. Their responsibilities also include triaging patient concerns and collaborating with other healthcare professionals to deliver comprehensive care.
