Job description

We are seeking an experienced Primary Care Provider for a 4-month contract assignment providing care to adult employees and their dependents (ages 2+).

Position Highlights

  • Start Date: August 3, 2026
  • Schedule: 40 hours per week
  • Patient Volume: 7–10 patients per day
  • EMR: Athena
  • Setting: Employer-based primary care clinic
  • Dispensary: Yes

Schedule Rotation

  • Rotation 1: Tuesday–Friday, 8:30 AM–6:00 PM, plus 2 Saturdays per month (9:00 AM–1:00 PM)
  • Rotation 2: Monday 6:00 AM–10:00 AM, Tuesday–Friday 8:30 AM–6:00 PM
  • Administrative time and lunch breaks built into the schedule.

Practice Details

  • Provide primary care services to patients ages 2+
  • Women's Health experience required
  • Clinic team will include an MD, APP, RN, and Medical Office Assistant

Requirements

  • Minimum 2 years of Primary Care/Family Medicine experience
  • DEA, BLS, and Board Certification required
  • Dispensing license preferred
