    About Client:

    A busy multi-disciplined, 38-year-old architectural/engineering firm located in Pasco County, Florida is seeking an experienced and driven Architect/Architectural Designer. This position will include designing and managing of high-volume, fast-paced, multifaceted projects. And all applicants must have the ability to multi-task and prioritize projects, as well as supervise and direct junior staff.

    Job Summary

    • Develop contract documents (in REVIT) from preliminary/schematic stage through permitting and construction administration.
    • Generate high-quality, industry leading 3D renderings and virtual tours, both interior and exterior.
    • Develop and have full knowledge of site development layout and graphics, zoning, and other land development regulations.
    • Handle the bidding process. Request, receive, and evaluate bids. Develop CSI specifications.
    • Shop drawing review. Assist with shop drawing reviews on projects as needed.
    • CSI specifications. Write specification sections. Understand and enforce specifications on every job.
    • Field visits and investigations. Owner-Architect-Contractor Meetings.
    • Building Code Proficient.
    • Highly skilled in architectural detailing.

    Education And Experience

    • Bachelor's Degree (B.S. or B.Arch.) or master's degree (M. Arch) in Architecture.
    • Minimum 4 to 6 years' experience required.
    • Experience with commercial/institutional/complex building types.
    • Documented experience with Revit, AutoCAD, & image editing software.

    CERTIFICATES and/or LICENSES - RA License preferred - not required.
