Maxim Wellness Corporation is seeking a dedicated and experienced Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW) to join our team in a fully remote full-time position. The successful candidate will provide virtual therapeutic services, primarily focusing on adult clients, and will be responsible for managing a caseload of at least 25 clients. This role is designed to be completely remote, allowing our social workers to provide therapeutic services from the comfort of their own homes. Administrative responsibilities related to client intake, insurance verification, and billing will be managed by our dedicated support team, enabling you to concentrate on delivering exceptional therapeutic services.

• Conduct thorough assessments and develop personalized treatment plans for clients.
• Provide high-quality virtual therapy sessions via telehealth platforms.
• Documentation and management of client progress within our electronic health record (EHR) system.
• Collaborate with peers and participate in regular team meetings to share best practices and ensure comprehensive care.
• Engage in ongoing professional development and training to stay current with best practices in mental health therapy.
• Utilize evidence-based therapeutic techniques such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Psychodynamic Therapy.
• Maintain confidentiality and comply with all state and federal regulations regarding patient privacy and care.

The primary focus of this role will be on adult clients, including those from diverse and marginalized populations. We value inclusivity and understanding within therapy, and experience in working with the LGBTQIA+ community as well as men's mental health issues is preferred but not required. Our goal is to foster an accepting environment where all clients feel safe and empowered to work on their mental health challenges.

• A Master’s Degree in Social Work or Mental Health Counseling from an accredited institution.
• An active LICSW license to practice in Massachusetts.
• A minimum of 3 years of post-licensure clinical experience in a mental health setting.
• Experience providing therapy to clients aged 18 and over.
• Possess professional malpractice insurance, ensuring compliance with professional standards.

• Familiarity with Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and/or Psychodynamic Therapy methodologies.
• Experience supporting clients from various ethnic and cultural backgrounds.
• Experience in treating mental health conditions specific to adult men, while openness to learning about diverse client needs is also valuable.
