Job Summary
This position partners with leadership to develop and oversee the strategic direction for an assigned geographic area. Leads direct managers and their staff to execute strategic direction in their assigned territories.   • Partners with territory, senior leadership, and district managers to appoint the right number of agents to achieve territory goals and fulfill sales plans.
  • Uses technology to evaluate performance metrics and assess the effectiveness of strategic direction.

Education Requirements
  • Bachelors degree required.
  • Insurance designations preferred (example, CLU, ChFC, FSCP, CPCU).

Experience Requirements
  • Minimum ten years of Property & Casualty Insurance sales experience, with knowledge of insurance products and field distribution models.
  • Experience owning the onboarding of new agency owners and staff preferred.
  • Series 6, 63 and 26 licenses required.
