I've been an agent for 8.5 years and have spent a total of 33.5 years with State Farm. We currently have a team of nine, and our culture is friendly, laid-back, and growth-focused. Our team brings over 104 years of combined experience to the table, and we're passionate about helping people protect and grow their assets. We take pride in fostering a collaborative, supportive environment where everyone contributes to our shared success. Community involvement is a core part of who we are. We've participated in projects like a Habitat for Humanity build, beach cleanups, and we support Neighbor to Neighbor—a nonprofit that helps homebound individuals get to their medical appointments. I also serve on their board, as giving back to our community is something we strongly believe in. We offer extensive growth and training opportunities, including working with two outside sales coaches and developing future agent aspirants. Role Description

As a Customer Service Representative - State Farm Agent Team Member with Kelly O'Brien - State Farm Agent, you will generate the kind of exceptional customer experiences that reinforce the growth of a successful insurance agency. Your attention to detail, customer service skills, and desire to help people make you a fit. You will enhance your career while resolving customer inquiries, coordinating with other agency team members, and anticipating the needs of the community members you support. We look forward to connecting with you if you are the customer-focused and empathetic team member we are searching for. We anticipate internal growth opportunities for especially driven and sales-minded candidates.

Responsibilities
  • Answer customer inquiries and provide policy information.
  • Assist customers with policy changes and updates.
  • Process insurance claims and follow up with customers.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.
Qualifications
  • Communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Detail-oriented and able to multitask.
  • Previous customer service experience preferred.
  • Bilingual Spanish or Portuguese preferred.

Compensation: $35,000.00 - $55,000.00 per year.
