Job description

Build a career helping local families protect what matters most.

Alchemy Financial Group is hiring motivated people for a field-based life insurance sales opportunity in your local area. Previous insurance experience is not required. We provide structured virtual instruction, hands-on field coaching, and ongoing support for representatives who are willing to learn, follow the system, and work consistently.

COMPENSATION AND CLASSIFICATION

- Independent contractor (1099)

- Commission-only; there is no base salary or hourly wage

- Company-estimated first-year earnings of $80,000-$120,000+ for full-time representatives who consistently follow the training and meet production benchmarks

- Earnings are not guaranteed and individual results vary based on activity, skill, placement, persistency, and other factors

HOW THE WORK IS PERFORMED

- Approximately 70% field-based work with clients in and around your local area

- Approximately 30% remote work, including phone, video, follow-up, and training

- Representatives generally work in the communities near where they live

- A reliable vehicle and the ability to travel locally are important

WHAT YOU WILL DO

- Meet with individuals and families to understand their insurance needs

- Explain available life insurance options clearly and professionally

- Follow up with prospective clients by phone, video, and in person

- Complete applications accurately and follow carrier compliance requirements

- Maintain an organized schedule and consistent weekly activity

- Participate in coaching, training, and team accountability

TRAINING, LICENSING, AND LEADS

- Training combines virtual instruction with hands-on field coaching

- The company contributes toward some training support

- New representatives receive help with leads during the first few months of their career

- As representatives become established, they are responsible for purchasing and managing their own lead inventory

- A state insurance license is required. Licensing requirements and any personal costs are explained before onboarding
