The YMCA of Orange County is a leading non-profit organization dedicated to strengthening communities through youth development, healthy living, and social responsibility. We are actively seeking highly engaged, intentional, and service-oriented individuals for a part-time Youth Ballet Instructor in Orange County.
This role is an opportunity to inspire and empower youth participants ages 4-12 by delivering engaging, safe, and effective ballet classes. This position will look to foster confidence, creativity, and self-expression while practicing exceptional hospitality and creating a safe, positive, and enriching environment where every interaction is meaningful. The Youth Ballet Instructor will help cultivate a love of dance, support age-appropriate skill development, and reflect our commitment to youth enrichment and community well-being.
Work Schedule: Instructor must be available to teach a weekly Thursday class from 3:30pm - 4:30pm.

Minimum Qualifications:
- Minimum Age: 21+ years old.
- Education & Experience:
- Preferred: Two- or four-year degree in health, exercise science, recreation, or physical activity-related field.
- Coursework in human anatomy, exercise physiology, and kinesiology preferred.
- Experience teaching or performing ballet required.
- Certifications:
- Basic certification in specific discipline from accredited agencies (e.g. AFAA, ACE).
- First Aid and CPR certifications required (training provided and paid for by the YMCA).
