We are currently looking for a HVAC Field Supervisor who knows the trade inside and out, can lead Crews with authority, and knows how to talk to homeowners. We work on custom homes, no track builders or large apartments.

What You’ll Do (Responsibilities)

Field Leadership & Operations- 

  • Manage the Job Site: Oversee daily residential HVAC installations, making sure crews follow local mechanical/electrical codes, safety protocols, and Blair’s quality standards.
  • Lead the Crew: Mentor, train, and support installation technicians to help them work efficiently and boost their trade skills.
  • Keep Projects on Track: Serve as the direct liaison between sales, dispatch, the warehouse, and installers so jobs start on time and finish on budget without missing parts.
  • Quality Control & Troubleshooting: Perform job-site audits, step in to help resolve complex technical issues during installs, and perform final walk-throughs to ensure 100% customer satisfaction. Then meet with inspectors or perform virtual inspections to get a pass.

What We’re Looking For (Qualifications)

  • HVAC Experience: Minimum 3–5+ years of hands-on residential HVAC installation experience (retrofit and replacement) and New Construction. Custom Homes is a plus.
  • Leadership Skills: Ability to lead installation crews both on phone and in person when needed.
  • Technical Mastery: Deep understanding of residential airflow, ductwork design, electrical wiring, refrigeration, and local building codes. Ability to read a blue-print.
  • Clean Record: Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record and the ability to pass a background check and drug screen.
  • Tool-Ready & Customer-Focused: Strong communication skills, a professional attitude with homeowners, and a strong work ethic.
