HOME INFUSION RN - EA Apothecary Home Infusion

East Alabama Medical Center, Auburn, Alabama, United States

Position Summary

Responsible for placing, monitoring and assessing intravenous systems, medications and/or products. Utilizing physicians' orders and professional skills, the Home Infusion Therapy Services RN develops and implements a plan that meets each patient’s specific needs and is in compliance with accrediting organization standards, federal and state regulations, reimbursement guidelines, as well as Agency policies and procedures.

Position Qualifications
  • Graduate of accredited school of nursing
  • 2 years of nursing experience
Required Registration / License / Certification
  • BLS within 90 days of DOH/Transfer
  • Valid driver's license and clean MVR record
  • Registered Nursing License
Preferred Experience
  • 2 years' experience in home infusion
Preferred Registration / License / Certification
  • ACLS
  • PALS
