The Chief Nursing Information Officer (CNIO) is an executive leadership role responsible for spearheading nursing digital transformation across the health system. Reporting to the Chief Medical Information Officer, with a dotted-line relationship to the Chief Nursing Executive, the CNIO serves as the senior nursing leader accountable for translating frontline nursing practice and clinical operations into safe, efficient, and scalable digital workflows.
