What is a virtual instructor in education?

A Virtual Instructor in Education is a teacher or educator who delivers lessons and facilitates learning in an online environment, rather than in a traditional classroom. They use digital tools and platforms to communicate with students, provide instructional materials, and assess student progress. Virtual instructors may work with K-12 students, college students, or adult learners, and often adapt their teaching methods to suit remote or asynchronous learning. Their role is crucial for distance education and e-learning programs, providing flexibility and access to education for students worldwide.

Regular virtual meetings and peer observation sessions help maintain a sense of community, encourage professional growth, and ensure consistency in teaching quality.
