Our client, a pioneer in environmentally conscious promotional products in North America since 1991, is seeking a skilled and dedicated Screen Print Transfer Production Manager to join their team. Key Responsibilities: - Oversee screen printing and transfer production, including job setup, teardown, and cleaning. - Use Adobe Illustrator for artwork preparation and adjustments. - Manage a team of 7 employees, ensuring smooth production flow and quality control. - Plan and manage production schedules to meet daily targets. - Ensure proper maintenance of equipment, including Mamiki machine DDF. - Order production materials and parts as needed. - Lead floor operations and maintain high performance in a fast-paced environment.
