• Conduct comprehensive assessments and evaluations to develop personalized treatment plans for clients.
• Implement a variety of evidence-based therapeutic techniques, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and solution-focused short-term therapy.
• Facilitate therapy sessions for individuals, couples, families, and groups, creating a safe space for open dialogue and healing.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure a holistic approach to client care, participating in case discussions and treatment planning.
• Maintain accurate, up-to-date clinical records in compliance with legal and ethical standards.
• Engage in ongoing professional development through workshops and training to remain informed about the latest advances in mental health research and practices.

You will be working primarily with individuals and families facing a range of mental health challenges, including but not limited to anxiety, depression, trauma, and substance abuse. Our client population often includes those who have limited access to mental health services, making your role vital in bridging the gap and offering the support they need to thrive.

• A Master's or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a related field is required.
• An active and unrestricted license as a Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor (LCPC) in the state of Illinois is mandatory.
• At least 2 years of relevant experience working in a clinical counseling setting is required.
• A strong understanding of legal and ethical standards within mental health practice.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with diverse client populations.
• Proficiency in using Electronic Medical Records (EMR) software and remote therapy tools.

• Specialization in areas such as family therapy, couples therapy, trauma-informed care, or substance misuse treatment is highly desirable.
• A proven track record of working collaboratively within a healthcare team to deliver comprehensive client care.

• Annual salary range of $70,000 – $90,000, commensurate with experience and caseload.
