• Administer evidence-based therapeutic interventions such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), solution-focused therapy, and crisis intervention tailored to individual patient needs.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date clinical records using our electronic health record (EHR) system, ensuring compliance with HIPAA regulations.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, engaging in regular case discussions to enhance treatment strategies and patient care approaches.
• Participate in case consultation and peer review meetings to promote best practices and quality improvement initiatives within the clinic.

• A Master's degree in Social Work from an accredited institution.
