Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct comprehensive clinical assessments to understand clients' needs and challenges, allowing for the development of tailored treatment plans.
  • Utilize various therapeutic modalities, including cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), and solution-focused interventions, to provide effective care.
  • Maintain meticulous and confidential clinical records in compliance with HIPAA regulations and best practices, ensuring the highest standards of professional integrity.
  • Engage in collaborative treatment planning with fellow professionals, exchanging insights and strategies in case consultations and regular peer review meetings.
  • Educate clients and their families about their conditions, equipping them with essential knowledge on treatment options and community resources to facilitate their recovery process.
  • Stay current on the latest developments in mental health research, integrating new methodologies and findings into practice to enhance patient care.
  • Manage a full caseload efficiently, ensuring continuity of care while adhering to the ethical standards of your licensing board.
Patient Population / Client Focus

You will work with a diverse clientele experiencing a range of mental health challenges including anxiety, depression, trauma-related conditions, and interpersonal difficulties. Qualifications
  • A Master's or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.
  • Active licensure as a LMFT, LPC, or LCSW in the state of Colorado is essential for consideration.
  • Demonstrable proficiency in therapeutic techniques and interventions that emphasize a strengths-based approach to encourage client empowerment.
