Job description

Freedom Technology Solutions Group is seeking a System Architect to provide support specializing in project and system integration to perform dataset collection and exploitation for the customers operational needs. This includes assessments and consultations with partners in and outside the customers organization for data acquisition and exploitation strategy.

Requirements:

The Contractor Team shall work with users to identify and develop system requirements taking into account the desired results, hardware limitations and operating requirements, identified by the Sponsor. The Contractor Team shall provide operational testing and recommendations for continuous improvement of equipment and software for collection and exploitation. The Contractor Team shall provide coordination across Sponsor's organization and business partners to expedite data sharing, processing and governance activities.

The Contractor shall analyze new technologies, hardware, and software to determine the applicability and need for the existing or proposed system, to include security, storage, and network technology. The Contractor shall interface directly with Sponsor management for requirements for data collection and exploitation. The Contractor shall programmatically manage solutions for virtual operations. The Contactor shall collect and manage requirements for planning and produce outcomes from virtual operational requirements.

The Contractor shall provide data assessments and prepare analytical reports from datasets. The Contractor shall collect and exploit profile, content, or metadata information. The Contractor shall evaluate data accessible in the public domain, including foreign social media websites and applications from mobile and stationary platforms. The Contactor shall assist in planning and managing multiple projects involving the infrastructure and exploitation platforms.

The Contractor shall assist in the integration of data with existing platforms for correlation and analytical insights. The Contractor shall establish strategic objectives based on the Sponsor's vision for the data collection platforms. The Contractor shall conduct technical exchange meetings with stakeholders on business and technical requirements. The Contractor shall assist to condition, coordinate, collect, and perform data transfer of data sets for integration and analysis.

The Contractor shall collect, ingest, and exploit large and small dataset collections. The Contractor shall provide field technical and operational support for data analysis, and may require some Temporary Duty travel.

Required Skills

Demonstrated experience with collection and exploitation of data on mobile apps including domestic and foreign. Demonstrated experience performing data analysis such as gathering information to determine data sources, data targets, data definitions, and data relationships. Demonstrated experience working with data in a variety of structured and unstructured formats. Demonstrated experience producing technical documentation for operational use. Demonstrated experience triaging and troubleshooting data issues.

Demonstrated experience developing requirements for testing, assessing applications, and systems for data management. Demonstrated on-the-job experience with image analysis, manipulation, and processing in Photoshop or similar tools. Demonstrated on-the-job experience working both independently and collaboratively within a team environment. Demonstrated experience transferring and handling sensitive data. Demonstrated experience preparing task plans, task documentation, and overall activity reporting documents.

Demonstrated experience developing data ingestion tools that extract, transform and load the data based upon data mappings. Demonstrated experience building databases and developing software applications to manage the extraction, transformation and loading of data. Demonstrated experience performing data modeling, data testing and data documentation. Demonstrated experience with data management such as versioning of data and backups. Demonstrated experience working with users to define requirements for analysts or operational customers.

Desired Skills Demonstrated experience with Sponsor's technical collection. Proficient in all of Sponsor's classified datasets and data collection and repository tools.
