Job description

Are you a certified personal trainer in the Tampa Bay Area with an irresistible energy and passion for helping others crush their fitness goals? We're seeking a charismatic, camera-ready digital fitness trainer to deliver on-camera workout sessions and represent the FASTer Way brand across content and live events.
What You'll Do:
  • On-Camera Performance: Deliver high-energy, dynamic workouts on-camera, ensuring expert form, clear cueing, and an engaging presence.
  • Create Content: Star in engaging workout videos, educational training sessions, and social media content that motivates and connects with our growing community.
  • Interact: Represent the FASTer Way brand with professionalism, enthusiasm, and authenticity in all client and media interactions.
  • Innovate: Share insights to help develop fresh, exciting fitness programs and initiatives.
  • Collaborate: Collaborate closely with the creative marketing and production teams to execute fitness content that aligns with brand standards.
Minimum Deliverables:
  • Workout Filming - 2-3 days per week (Monday - Friday, between the hours of 9am - 5pm ET); up to 5 hours at a time
  • Live Events Participation Engagement: Actively engage participants during events and photo ops as needed
  • Programming Content & Creation
  • Participate in social media promotions as needed
  • Engage with social media followers by answering questions and providing fitness tips

Who You Are
  • A certified personal trainer (required) with at least 3 years of experience in fitness coaching, personal training, or group instruction.
  • Live in the Tampa Bay area. Candidate will need the ability to travel to Clearwater, FL for scheduled filming and events.
  • Strong on-camera presence, energetic, motivating, and clear communicator
  • Deep understanding of strength training, HIIT, and functional movement
  • Dedicated to wellness
  • Professionalism: reliable communication, preparedness, and collaboration with creative/production teams
Contractor Requirements
  • Eligible to work as a U.S. independent contractor; provide W-9
  • Responsible for own taxes, insurance, and business expenses
  • Maintain appropriate professional liability coverage
