Job description

About Ramp

Ramp is building the smart infrastructure for finance teams, embedded in the transaction flow of every dollar a business spends. We automate how over $200B in annualized spend flows in and out of 70,000+ companies: authorizing payments, flagging risk, categorizing spend, and closing books.

The problems are high-stakes, data-dense, and unforgiving.

We hire people with high agency and high urgency. We look for slope over intercept. We care less about where you trained and more about what youโ€™ve built. At Ramp, everyone is a builder who owns problems end to end and makes consequential decisions that shape the outcome.

The median Ramp customer saves 5% and grows revenue 16% in their first year โ€“ far in excess of businesses operating without Ramp. We believe every ambitious company deserves the same.

If you want to build systems that directly shape how companies move and manage billions, Ramp is the place to do it.

About the Role

The role will be a key part in bringing Rampโ€™s virtual experiences to life. In this position, youโ€™ll help plan and execute engaging webinars, workshops and online events that generate leads, connect with customers, and elevate Rampโ€™s brand. Youโ€™ll collaborate across Marketing, Sales, and external partners to ensure every detail, from promotion to production, runs seamlessly. This role is ideal for someone who is highly organized, creative, and excited to grow within a fast-moving marketing team.

What You'll Do
  • Plan and execute original, engaging virtual events that drive lead generation

  • Coordinate platform setup, speaker prep, design materials, the live event, and post-event enablement

  • Manage promotional efforts across email, social media, and partnersโ€™ channels to boost event registration and attendance

  • Collaborate with internal teams and speakers to collect and organize event content and materials

  • Monitor event performance metrics to influence future campaigns

  • Partner with external vendors and partner teams to ensure high-quality virtual events

  • Support post-event initiatives, including content repurposing, lead follow-up, reporting, and sales enablement

What You Need
  • Experience in demand generation marketing, field or event management at startups or fast-growing tech or SaaS, with the ability to independently manage programs that result in high-impact events.

  • Ability to plan, support, and or execute up to double-digit virtual events per month

  • Proven track record of using project management tools such as Notion or Asana to stay organized and attentive to details

  • Experience with virtual events technology and complementary tools and platforms (e.g. Salesforce, Goldcast, Hubspot, On24, GTW, or similar CRM/marketing automations)

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a customer service mindset for working with vendors and internal teams

  • Comfortable with design tools like Canva or Figma for creating virtual events promotional collateral

  • Deliberate about using AI to improve workflows, solve problems, and deliver more

Nice-to-Haves
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing and/or related field

  • Experience working at fintech or finance company

  • Experience in high-growth startup environments

  • Exceptional at writing and designing for virtual events

  • Experience working cross-functionally with direct and indirect (channel) sales organizations

Benefits available to all full-time Ramp employees (Global)
  • Flexible PTO

  • Centralized home-office equipment ordering

  • Health and wellness stipend

  • Budget for intra-office travel

  • Weekly coffee stipend

United States
  • 100% medical, dental & vision insurance coverage for you, with partial coverage for dependents

  • One Medical annual membership

  • 401(k), including employer match on contributions made while employed by Ramp

  • Fertility HRA (up to $10,000 per year)

  • Parental leave: up to 16 weeks (birthing + bonding) or 8 weeks (bonding only) at 100% pay

  • Pet insurance

  • In-office perks: lunch, snacks, drinks, and more

  • Life, AD&D, and disability coverage

  • Fertility drug coverage (up to $4,000 lifetime)
