We're looking for a highly organized and creative Events Manager to lead the strategy and execution of events that drive pipeline growth, strengthen customer relationships, and elevate our brand across the utilities and technology industries.
This role owns the full lifecycle of both virtual and in-person events-from industry conferences and customer summits to partner activations and go-to-market programs. What You'll Do
Event Strategy & Planning
  • Develop and execute a comprehensive annual events strategy aligned to marketing and sales goals
  • Partner with ABM, campaign, and partner teams to maximize event impact and ROI
  • Identify high-value industry events, sponsorships, and speaking opportunities

Event Execution & Management
  • Own end-to-end execution of tradeshows, conferences, webinars, and proprietary events
  • Manage logistics including vendors, travel, booth design, shipping, and on-site coordination
  • Oversee registration, lead capture tools, and attendee experience
  • Collaborate with creative and content teams to deliver high-quality event assets

Cross-Functional Collaboration
  • Partner closely with Sales, Marketing Ops, and Product Marketing to align messaging and outcomes
  • Manage external vendors and agencies within budget and brand guidelines
  • Support leadership with event planning, speaker prep, and strategic presence

Performance & Reporting
  • Track KPIs including attendance, leads, pipeline influence, and ROI
  • Manage budgets, contracts, and post-event analysis
  • Continuously optimize event strategy based on performance and feedback
What You Bring
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field
  • 4-7 years of experience managing B2B events in a SaaS or technology environment
  • Proven success executing events that drive measurable business outcomes
  • Strong project management skills and exceptional attention to detail
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to work cross-functionally
  • Experience with HubSpot and Salesforce for event tracking and reporting
  • Familiarity with webinar platforms (e.g., Zoom Sessions)
  • Data-driven mindset with the ability to optimize performance
  • Ability to manage budgets, vendors, and multiple priorities simultaneously
  • Willingness to travel (~25-35%)
