Job description

Little Otter, part of Hazel Health, is transforming how children and families access mental health care. Following the partnership between Little Otter and Hazel Health, we're expanding access to comprehensive pediatric mental health care nationwide. Together, we're helping more children and families receive high-quality, coordinated care wherever they are.

The Role

As a Little Otter Licensed Child & Family Therapist, you'll provide virtual, evidence-based therapy to children and families using our clinician-developed, measurement-based care model. You'll conduct comprehensive assessments, deliver individualized treatment, and use standardized clinical measures to guide diagnosis, monitor progress, and inform treatment decisions.

This role is ideal for clinicians who enjoy combining high-quality therapeutic care with data-informed practice and who are passionate about improving outcomes for children through whole-family mental health care.

  • Collaborate with an interdisciplinary care team to deliver coordinated, patient-centered care.
  • Assess and respond to safety concerns in accordance with clinical best practices and organizational protocols.
  • Maintain timely, accurate clinical documentation and comply with applicable licensing, ethical, and regulatory standards.

  • Clinical experience providing psychotherapy to children and families
  • Demonstrated experience treating common pediatric mental health conditions using evidence-based approaches
  • Strong diagnostic and assessment skills
  • Comfortable delivering care virtually and using technology in clinical practice
  • Interest in or experience with measurement-informed care and outcomes tracking

If you're excited about this role but don't meet every qualification, we encourage you to still apply!
