This remote position allows for flexible work arrangements, enabling you to balance personal and professional commitments while contributing to a vital cause. You will engage with children and families primarily via telehealth technologies and virtual sessions, complemented by in-person evaluations when necessary. • Conduct comprehensive evaluations and assessments of children with disabilities and developmental delays to guide individualized support strategies.
• Collaborate with families to develop and implement Individualized Family Service Plans (IFSPs), ensuring that each child receives the tailored interventions they need.
• Monitor progress and outcomes as a team member, adjusting support and interventions based on data and family feedback.
• Provide evidence-based information, skills training, and support to families, equipping them with tools to enhance their child's development at home.
• Adhere to all federal and state regulations to ensure compliance, safety, and well-being of clients and practitioners.
• Utilize coaching models and natural environment teaching methodologies to facilitate learning and development.
• Foster relationships with children, families, and colleagues, creating a welcoming and supportive environment conducive to learning.

This role centers on supporting infants and toddlers with disabilities and developmental delays, a critical age where early intervention can significantly alter developmental trajectories. You will engage with families from various backgrounds, understanding their specific challenges and aspirations. Your intervention will focus on enhancing physical, cognitive, social-emotional, and communication skills in children during this formative stage.

• A Master's Degree or Doctorate in Social Work from an accredited institution.
• Active licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) recognized by the Department of Public Health.
• A valid driver’s license for possible in-home visits and assessments.
• Demonstrated ability to adapt strategies to meet diverse learning styles and individualized treatment plans.
• Excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage time effectively in a remote work setting.
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, to facilitate effective interactions with families and team members.

• At least one year of experience working with young children in early intervention settings.
• A commitment to Natural Learning Environment Practices in promoting children's learning and development.
