Key Responsibilities- Conduct comprehensive evaluations and assessments of children with disabilities and developmental delays to guide individualized support strategies.
- Collaborate with families to develop and implement Individualized Family Service Plans (IFSPs), ensuring that each child receives the tailored interventions they need.
- Monitor progress and outcomes as a team member, adjusting support and interventions based on data and family feedback.
- Provide evidence-based information, skills training, and support to families, equipping them with tools to enhance their child's development at home.
- Adhere to all federal and state regulations to ensure compliance, safety, and well-being of clients and practitioners.
- Utilize coaching models and natural environment teaching methodologies to facilitate learning and development.

Qualifications- A Master's Degree or Doctorate in Social Work from an accredited institution.
