This individual partners closely with subject matter experts and business stakeholders to ensure sales teams have access to accurate, accessible, and up-to-date resources that support performance, readiness, and operational consistency. Performs other duties assigned.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage and maintain the sales resource library and onboarding materials.
  • Lead the development and maintenance of a centralized sales knowledge center and content repository.
  • Develop and update training guides, job aids, reference materials, SOPs, and process documentation.
  • Partner with stakeholders to identify content needs and improve onboarding experiences.
  • Ensure content is organized, current, and easily accessible to users.
  • Establish content governance processes, including version control, review schedules, and content standards.
  • Continuously enhance onboarding resources to support new hire readiness and performance.
  • Lead the development and annual maintenance of Medicare certification training.
  • Collaborate with compliance, product, and business teams to ensure content aligns with regulatory and business requirements.
  • Coordinate training updates, reviews, testing, and deployment activities.

  • Support sales enablement initiatives, meetings, and special projects.
  • Consult with business partners to identify training, communication, and content needs.
  • Develop communications and resources that support sales team readiness and engagement.
  • Identify opportunities to improve content organization, accessibility, and effectiveness across the sales organization.
Required Qualifications

  • 5+ years of experience in content development, instructional design, sales enablement, learning and development, knowledge management, or a related field.
