Job description

BILTMORE CO.

Renderings & Photography Specialist

Biltmore Co. is looking for a Renderings & Photography Specialist to visually bring our homes and commercial spaces to life before, during, and after construction. This role is centered on producing in-house 3D renderings, walkthroughs, and photography across both our new-construction homebuilding division and our commercial real estate business. When time allows between projects, there's room to take on additional marketing-related work, but rendering and photography are the priority, and the role will be scoped and hired around those skills first.

Core Responsibilities

3D Renderings & Virtual Walkthroughs

  • Produce in-house 3D renderings and walkthroughs of homes and commercial spaces using AI-assisted and traditional rendering tools
  • Generate quick-turn AI renderings for early-stage marketing, listings, and sales conversations
  • Where complex renderings exceed in-house capability, manage the outside vendor relationship, coordinating timelines, reviewing deliverables, and approving final renders for accuracy and brand fit
  • Keep rendering output consistent with actual floor plans, finishes, and site conditions across both divisions

Photography

  • Shoot property and community photography for homes and commercial spaces, from active builds through finished product
  • Maintain a consistent, polished visual standard across both divisions
  • Organize and deliver image assets for use in listings, marketing materials, and the website

Other Potential Duties (as Time Allows)

  • Design flyers, brochures, signage, and digital ads for residential and commercial offerings
  • Manage and post across Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, LinkedIn, and other platforms
  • Shoot and edit video content; capture drone footage of active builds and sites
  • Support the marketing calendar, website updates, and listing pages
  • Assist with general marketing admin, including email campaigns and lead capture tools

Who You Are

  • Hands-on experience producing 3D renderings or AI-generated renderings/walkthroughs, ideally for residential or commercial real estate normal training in software like SketchUp, Lumion, Enscape, or Twin motion is a strong plus
  • Strong photography skills, with an eye for consistent, polished real estate imagery
  • Comfortable using AI tools for rendering and photo workflows
  • Organized and able to manage outside vendor relationships
  • Bonus: experience with graphic design, social media management, video editing, or drone videography
