Job Description

Status: 20 hours per week

Shift: Days

What You Will Do:

  • Transform clinical histories into perfectly typed digital records—be the accuracy champion who gets pathology cases into the system with precision and speed.
  • Sort and organize cases like a pro, printing cassettes and triaging materials with confidence.
  • Bring pathology reports to life by transcribing them into laboratory information systems with impressive accuracy.
  • Master rapid data entry while keeping your spelling, grammar, and proofreading skills sharp—because details matter!
  • Reach out to customers when something's missing and help them complete the puzzle.
  • Become fluent in diagnosis coding, seamlessly entering information into lab and patient systems.
Qualifications

Required Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or GED.
  • Proficiency in accurate and rapid data entry with good spelling, grammar, and proofreading skills.
  • Ability to transcribe pathology reports using laboratory information systems with a high degree of accuracy.
