Position Summary
The Administrative Assistant plays a key role in supporting the daily operations of Fresh Coast Alliance by ensuring the office runs efficiently and effectively. This position provides administrative, clerical, and operational support to staff, maintains accurate records and organizational systems, assists with data entry and reporting, coordinates office technology and basic IT needs, and helps manage day-to-day office functions. 
Key Responsibilities
  • Manage organization calendar
  • Answer and direct phone calls, emails, and other communications.
  • Order and manage supplies and equipment.
  • Assist HR with office procedures and onboarding
  • Maintain and troubleshoot office equipment and basic IT needs
  • Apply cash receipts and pay/record invoices
  • Support internal communications and event coordination
  • Assist with data entry and record management.
  • Support management and team members with administrative tasks as needed.
Qualifications
  • High school diploma or GED required; some college preferred
  • 2+ years in office management or related administrative role
  • Proficiency in Google Suite (Docs, Sheets, Calendar, etc.)
  • Strong time management and multitasking abilities
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
  • Understanding of office systems, equipment, and workflows
  • Valid drivers license

Working Conditions
  • 20–30 hours per week, Monday through Friday. Schedule may vary based on organizational need.
