QUALIFICATIONS:

High School Diploma or general education degree (GED) is required. 3 years of Health IT experience required (Federally Qualified Health Centers, FQHCs, and tribal centers preferred). Minimum 2 years of experience with EPIC EHR software required. Minimum 1 year in an instructor or teaching role required. EPIC Support Analyst (ESA) certification preferred. Strong understanding of health center operations and change management. Excellent administrative, organizational and time-management skills

  • Conduct post-training assessments and evaluate learner proficiency, providing additional support as needed.
  • Provide ongoing education on system updates or changes in workflows.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of EPIC application functionality, workflow optimization, and best practices.
  • Participate in testing and validation activities for EPIC upgrades and new implementations.
  • Provide in-person support during go-live and system transitions.
  • Cross train to assist end users with IT-related issues related to the use of computer systems in the health IT environment.
