Hours: 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m, Monday – Friday

Position Summary
Adecco is currently seeking a detail-oriented and organized Survey Technician to support survey administration and data collection activities. This position is responsible for preparing and mailing employee Benefits and New Hire surveys, performing accurate data entry, refining mailing addresses, conducting follow-up calls with survey participants, and providing general survey support. The ideal candidate will possess strong administrative skills, excellent attention to detail, and the ability to communicate professionally with survey respondents.
Key Responsibilities
Data Entry

  • Accurately enter survey responses and related data into company databases and tracking systems.

  • Verify information for completeness and accuracy.

  • Maintain confidentiality of survey data and participant information.

Survey Follow-Up & Data Collection

  • Contact survey non-respondents via telephone to collect survey responses and improve participation rates.

  • Conduct professional and courteous follow-up calls to ensure minimum response goals are achieved.

  • Document survey responses and update records accordingly.

Survey Support

  • Respond to participant questions regarding surveys via phone and email.

  • Assist respondents with completing surveys and collect information as needed.

  • Provide timely and professional customer service.

Address Verification & Refinement

  • Research and update undeliverable addresses for surveys returned by the postal service.

  • Refine and maintain accurate mailing lists and contact information.

  • Re-mail surveys to corrected addresses to maximize response rates.

Survey Preparation & Mailing Operations

  • Prepare surveys for distribution by folding, stuffing, sorting, and mailing materials.

  • Operate mailing and folding equipment when appropriate.

  • Ensure surveys are mailed according to established timelines.

  • Monitor inventory levels and order supplies such as paper, envelopes, cover letters, and mailing materials as needed.

General Administrative Support

  • Organize, file, and maintain survey-related documentation.

  • Shred outdated survey materials in accordance with company procedures.

  • Assist with preparation and mailing of materials for other departments as needed.

  • Answer incoming calls from the general office line and direct inquiries appropriately.

  • Perform other duties and special projects as assigned.

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or GED required.

  • Previous administrative, clerical, data entry, customer service, or survey-related experience preferred.

  • Strong data entry skills with a high degree of accuracy and attention to detail.

  • Comfortable making outbound calls and interacting with individuals via phone and email.

  • Basic proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, including Outlook, Word, and Excel.

  • Strong organizational, time management, and multitasking skills.

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

  • Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism and discretion.
