About this role

We're looking for an organized administrative assistant to support our operations team at our Buford headquarters. You'll handle scheduling, correspondence, data entry, and general office support. This is a part-time position, typically 28–32 hours per week, Monday–Friday. Potential to become permanent depending on performance and business needs.

Key responsibilities

  • Manage calendars and coordinate schedules for office staff and meetings
  • Answer phones, greet visitors, and direct calls appropriately
  • Type, format, and prepare documents, reports, and correspondence
  • Data entry and filing; maintain organized records and filing systems
  • Process invoices and expense reports; basic bookkeeping tasks
  • Order office supplies and coordinate with vendors
