You'll be the first point of contact for our customers-helping them with service questions, resolving issues, and ensuring their needs are met quickly and professionally.

Your day-to-day will include:

  • Answering incoming calls and assisting customers with service requests, billing, or account changes

  • Resolving customer concerns with clarity, care, and a positive attitude

  • Using company systems and Microsoft Office tools (Word, Excel, Outlook)

  • Preparing service orders, change of address forms, and account adjustments

  • Collaborating with internal departments to ensure excellent service

  • Occasionally assisting at the front desk/reception area

  • Promoting goodwill and offering additional services where appropriate

What You Bring to the Table

  • 2+ years of customer service experience (call center experience is a plus!)

  • Comfortable using MS Word, Excel, and Email

  • Fast, accurate typing & 10-key skills

  • Great organization, multitasking, and communication abilities

  • A calm and professional demeanor-even under pressure

  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred

  • Ability to work in-office (remote work may be requested during temporary protocols)
