Job description

Customer Service Representative

We are seeking a Customer Service Representative to support consumers with Health Savings Accounts (HSAs) offered through employer-sponsored benefit plans. This role will assist customers with account-related questions, provide clear and accurate information, and help resolve a variety of account and card-related inquiries.

The ideal candidate will have strong communication and customer service skills, be comfortable working in a structured, high-volume environment, and demonstrate reliability, professionalism, and attention to detail.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide professional and courteous customer service to consumers regarding Health Savings Accounts.
  • Assist customers with a variety of account-related inquiries and requests.
  • Support customers with claims, debit card orders, password resets, and account access.
  • Assist with suspending or replacing lost or stolen debit cards.
  • Help customers locate account statements and other relevant account information.
  • Clearly explain account information, procedures, and available options to customers.
  • Accurately document customer interactions and maintain appropriate records.
  • Follow established policies, procedures, and security requirements when handling customer information.
  • Escalate complex issues when appropriate and ensure customers receive accurate resolutions.
  • Maintain professionalism and a positive customer-focused approach in a fast-paced environment.
