Guest Service Agent- JLL

What your day-to-day will look like:

Manage temporary access badges, landlord building access cards, lost and found services, and luggage storage while conducting quarterly inspections for art and meeting rooms

Coordinate and assist with site events in partnership with the conference services team and administrative staff

Facilitate comprehensive mail and package services, ensuring timely and accurate distribution

Serve as the primary escalation point for building services issues including janitorial, mailroom, copier services, parking, badging, and conference rooms, submitting work orders through appropriate channels

Collaborate seamlessly across service lines to deliver integrated solutions and exceptional client experiences

Contribute to projects and initiatives that enhance employee engagement, increase productivity, reduce costs, and mitigate risk for both clients and JLL

Perform additional duties as requested to support the overall success of the experience program

Required qualifications:

High school diploma or general education degree (GED)

1-3 years of relevant experience in hospitality, facility management, property management, or operations

Exceptional customer service skills and professionalism with a genuine passion for hospitality

Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver results in fast-paced, dynamic environments

Track record demonstrating initiative, integrity, and sound judgment in professional settings

Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to interact professionally across all organizational levels

Proficiency in Google Suite (Gmail, Sheets, Docs) and general technology platforms

Preferred qualifications:

Knowledge of commercial real estate industry practices and standards

Highly collaborative mindset with strong interpersonal skills and ability to build effective partnerships

Experience working in corporate or multi-tenant environments with diverse stakeholder groups

Schedule: M-F 7:30AM -4:30PM

Location: Houston,TX
