• Conduct virtual counseling sessions with clients using our platform, ensuring a supportive and engaging therapeutic environment.
• Develop and implement personalized treatment plans tailored to each client's unique needs and goals.
• Utilize evidence-based therapeutic techniques to guide sessions and promote optimal mental health outcomes.
• Document client progress, session notes, and treatment updates accurately in our electronic health record system.
• Maintain regular communication with our team for case collaboration, referrals, and additional support as needed.
• Participate in ongoing training and professional development initiatives to enhance your counseling skills.

You will serve a diverse clientele across various demographics in Springfield, Missouri, and beyond, including individuals dealing with anxiety, depression, trauma, relationship issues, and other mental health challenges. Your role is to tailor your approach to meet the individual needs of each client while fostering a safe and trustworthy therapeutic relationship.

• A Master’s Degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology.
• Current licensure as a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) in the state of Missouri.
• Proven ability to manage an independent caseload with professionalism and integrity.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills, enabling effective interactions with clients, families, and colleagues.
• A dedicated and private workspace that complies with our privacy policies and enhances the counseling experience.

• Experience with telehealth platforms and virtual counseling tools is highly desirable.
• Familiarity with diverse therapeutic modalities and the ability to adjust based on client needs.
• Holding dual or multi-state certifications is considered a plus, enriching our team's service offerings.

We offer a competitive salary range of USD 90,000 to 104,000 annually, reflecting your skills and experience. Additionally, full-time counselors are eligible for a healthcare stipend upon meeting specific criteria and may receive a sign-on bonus for your first client.
