• Conducting comprehensive clinical assessments to accurately identify the mental health needs of clients. For instance, assessing symptoms and challenges they face, tailored to their personal situations.
• Designing and implementing evidence-based treatment plans that reflect each client's unique goals and preferences, ensuring adaptability as treatment progresses.
• Facilitating individual, couples, and group counseling sessions, employing appropriate therapeutic interventions to support emotional growth and healing.
• Collaborating regularly with interdisciplinary treatment teams, which may include case managers, psychiatrists, and social workers, to ensure comprehensive client care.
• Maintaining accurate and confidential client records in compliance with legal and ethical standards, ensuring data security and accessibility for treatment needs.

• A valid license as a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) in the state of Georgia is required.
• A Master’s degree in clinical mental health counseling or a closely related field from an accredited institution.
