• Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations to gauge clients' mental health needs and develop individualized treatment plans that align with their unique situations.
• Facilitate ongoing one-on-one counseling sessions, utilizing evidence-based therapeutic methods to assist clients with anxiety, depression, trauma, and stress management.
• Lead couples and family therapy sessions aimed at resolving relationship dynamics and enhancing effective communication strategies among family members.
• Implement crisis intervention strategies to support clients facing acute mental health issues, ensuring they receive timely assistance and appropriate resources.
• Provide education to clients and their families on mental health conditions and empower them with coping strategies and resources for ongoing support.
• Maintain detailed and confidential client documentation, including assessments, treatment plans, progress notes, and compliance with legal and ethical standards.
