• Conduct individualized therapy sessions through secure video conferencing, ensuring a compassionate and supportive environment for clients.
• Utilize evidence-based, solution-focused treatment modalities tailored to the unique needs of each client.
• Develop personalized treatment plans incorporating therapeutic goals that align with clients’ specific mental health challenges.
• Monitor and assess clients' progress during therapy, adjusting strategies as necessary to promote healthy coping mechanisms and personal growth.

Your primary focus will be on working with stable, low acuity adults who present with diverse mental health needs, including anxiety, depression, relationship challenges, and stress management. The ability to foster trust and rapport with clients from various backgrounds is crucial to your success, as you will guide them towards improved self-awareness and healthier coping strategies.

• A Master’s degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology is required.
• A valid and active license to practice independently in Nevada as either an LMFT, LCPC, or LCSW.
• No provisional licenses or disciplinary actions on your professional record.
• Exceptional interpersonal skills and a strong, empathetic approach are essential for establishing strong therapeutic relationships with clients.
• Proficient in digital literacy with the capability to navigate various software platforms for counseling and record-keeping.

While a minimum of two years of experience as a licensed mental health therapist is required, candidates with experience in remote therapy settings or working with diverse populations will be highly regarded. Familiarity with various therapeutic techniques and an investment in ongoing professional development are advantageous.

The salary for this position ranges from USD 90,000 to USD 110,000 annually, commensurate with hours worked and experience. We offer a sign-on bonus to welcome our newest team members, alongside weekly direct deposit for your convenience. Full-time counselors receive a monthly healthcare stipend to support overall well-being.
