• Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations of clients’ mental health situations, fostering an understanding of their concerns and needs.
• Utilize a range of evidence-based therapeutic modalities to provide individualized therapy sessions, adapting approaches as necessary to suit each client’s circumstances.
• Develop and implement detailed treatment plans in collaboration with clients, setting achievable therapeutic goals and regularly monitoring progress.
• Offer virtual therapy options seamlessly, enhancing accessibility for clients who face geographic or physical limitations.
• Ensure all documentation related to therapeutic practices is timely, accurate, and compliant with ethical standards and regulatory requirements.
• Participate in ongoing professional development, enhancing clinical skills and keeping abreast of new therapeutic practices and insights.

This role will involve working with a diverse client population, including individuals facing anxiety, depression, trauma, and other mental health challenges. You will play a crucial role in helping clients navigate their emotional experiences and providing support tailored to their unique life situations.

• A current and valid mental health license such as LMFT, LCSW, LCPC, or PsyD.
• Possession of a master’s degree or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills necessary to build trusting relationships with clients and foster therapeutic alliances.
• A demonstrated ability to empathize, showing compassion and a non-judgmental attitude towards diverse client experiences.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills, essential for effectively managing caseloads and associated administrative tasks.

• Experience in providing teletherapy and navigating virtual counseling platforms is preferred but not mandatory.
• Prior experience working in community health settings is advantageous, particularly within diverse populations.
• Knowledge of trauma-informed care and evidence-based practices tailored to various clientele.

• Attractive annual salary range between USD 80,000 and 100,000, commensurate with experience and caseload.
