This remote position allows you to work from the comfort of your own home while providing vital mental health services to a diverse clientele. With our Telehealth setting, you will engage with clients through secure video conferencing platforms, ensuring accessibility and flexibility in delivering care. Our fully supportive administrative team will handle logistical aspects, allowing you to focus on what you do best—helping people thrive.

• Provide weekly supervision and mentoring to practicum students pursuing clinical licensure, guiding them through their Master’s programs and ensuring they develop key therapeutic skills.
• Deliver evidence-based psychotherapy services to individuals, couples, and families, addressing a variety of mental health challenges with compassion and professionalism.
• Collaborate closely with a multidisciplinary team, including psychologists, social workers, and case managers, to coordinate care and implement comprehensive treatment plans.
• Develop, implement, and evaluate treatment plans tailored to meet the unique needs of each client, utilizing assessment tools and therapeutic modalities.
• Maintain thorough and accurate records, including progress notes and documentation of treatment sessions, in compliance with HIPAA regulations and center policies.
• Stay informed about current developments in therapy practices and research, integrating new knowledge into your therapeutic approach.

Your primary focus will be on adults, offering support for a range of issues including anxiety, depression, relationship challenges, trauma, and substance use. You will engage clients in a supportive and safe environment, facilitating their journey toward healing and resilience. The diverse backgrounds of our clients require flexibility and cultural competence, allowing you to tailor your approach according to individual circumstances.

• A Master’s Degree in Clinical Psychology, Social Work, Counseling, or a related field.
• A valid state license as a Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), or LCSW-R.
• Professional liability insurance is required.
• A commitment to ongoing professional development and adherence to ethical standards in practice.

• Minimum of two years of experience in clinical practice, demonstrating effectiveness in therapy engagement and outcomes.
• Previous work experience supervising practicum or intern students is highly desirable.
• Experience with Telehealth platforms and virtual counseling tools is a plus.
