Job description

We are seeking a corporate associate with 3 – 7 years of experience in both capital markets transactions and public company reporting/governance. Candidates should be able to handle the full range of public company work — SEC and stock exchange compliance, governance, day-to-day counseling — as well as represent issuers or investment banks in IPOs, follow-on offerings, PIPEs, and ATM programs.


Wilson Sonsini has over 300 public company clients; this person will step into an active and sophisticated client base.

Salary range of $260,000 – $420,000, based on year classification.

Discretionary merit bonuses may also be awarded.
